While getting our house ready for market and looking at homes, my Dad went into a month of intensive care before passing the day we had our open house. Bob took over and managed everything for us to stay on schedule and keep our dream house we were buying within our reach (which he found the day it opened with a closing offer in hours later). I had so many personal and professional business things to attend to... Bob lifted "all" the house details from us until we closed. We received 4 offers the same day as our open house and another couple attempts the day after, which lightened our burdens considerably. We're a couple of half backs from Florida and we were interested in the area. Somehow my wife found Bob on line and he set up showings for us when we came to the area. Amazingly he patiently set up and guided us through 13 houses one day and 15 houses the second time we came. Each time we were here he spent a good deal of time with us and truth be told he really does know the area! We finally landed on a house and Bob made the process seamless for us.
